This camera supports the micro sd card of high-speed class 10 or above only. 

Format the TF card 128GB before use.

With your camera switched off, plug into your TF card of 128GB, then turn on it. The camera is formatting when blue light keeps solid for a long time. The formatting time depends on the memory size. The blue light goes out after a few minutes usually. Then you can use the camera as it shows formatted already.
