SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy applies worldwide. Some countries and states have certain restrictions on some of our product types and we have applied these to the products to the best of our knowledge. 

STATE SHIPPING LAWS
Please research and follow the advice of the regulations of your state on any of the products in our store before making a purchase. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any confiscated goods or damages in transport as a result of not heeding these laws.

Other products (Accessories, Clothing, etc.) are guaranteed to be available to ship worldwide with no changes to the remaining policy. 

Gel Blasters are classified as a 'prohibited weapon' by the Honorable Paul Papalia on 3/7/2021. We are unable to ship Gel Blasters to Western Australia at this point in time. We apologize for the inconvenience. All non-gel blaster products will be available for sale as per the rest of our shipping policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer free standard delivery to all international orders as long as your nominated delivery address is not excluded from delivery by circumstances that we cannot control.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances.

TRACKING
Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of processing the parcel through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at contact@itacticali.com with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING
Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed.

FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Delivery of all items purchased in our iTACTICALi shop is free. (Standard Delivery)

SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the logistics involved and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing. If you require help with locating a missing order, please use contact us first so that we can try help you with your parcel.
